I was the lead writer on Slalom's first featured theme campaign, which included drafting the copy for the Ceros site, social posts, digital ads, inside sales emails, and our re-engagement email campaign. I also provided editorial support on the white paper and compiled all of the supplementary thought leadership content. This involved cross-team collaboration with sales, performance marketing, brand/creative, and various other stakeholder groups.

Slalom partnered with the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides to replace outdated systems and paperwork with a modern technology solution. With Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack and custom tracking apps, the organization now has visibility into the entire client lifecycle, streamlining and digitizing the experience for employees, clients, and volunteers.
